HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

WHAT ARE CERĒ TOOLS MADE OF?

All our tools are made from high-quality, medical-grade silicone.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE INSTRUCTIONS?

Each tool comes in a telescoping box. Simply pull upwards on the white box top to reveal the black box base, as shown in this video clip.You can find the instructions on the black box base.

HOW DO I TURN ON MY CERĒ TOOL?

Each tool is designed with a feature to prevent it from accidentally turning on in a bag. To turn on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. A faint light will illuminate. Quickly press the power button again (less than 1 second) to cycle through the various settings. To turn off, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds.

HOW DO I CHARGE MY CERĒ TOOL?

Each tool comes with a USB cable pin charger. To charge any of our tools, firmly insert the pin charger into the small round hole, indicated by a DC symbol. It is on the portion of the device near the CERĒ logo. During charging, the LED will continue to flash. Once fully charged, the LED will stop flashing. For more specific instructions about charging, please refer to the instructions portion of the product box.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY CERĒ TOOL?

Clean before and after each use. To clean, wipe with an antibacterial wipe or run under warm water and clean with antibacterial soap. Rinse under warm water and dry with a clean towel.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. Upon receiving the dispatch email, you will find detailed tracking information to monitor the progress of your order. Simply use the provided tracking details to track your package through our delivery partner's website

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Making a return is easy! Here's what you need to do.

Return period
We offer a 14-day return period during which you may return your package without providing any reason. This 14-day period begins on the day you receive your item. Please ensure that the return shipment is sent back to us within these 14 days.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be unworn and in pristine condition, with all original tags still attached.

Sale Items

For items purchased on sale, we do not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from our collection or redeemed for store credit.

Return and Exchanges

WHAT ARE THE RETURN COSTS?

Return costs vary depending on your location and the reason for the return. We recommend using a tracked shipping service from a reliable carrier to ensure your return reaches us safely. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. For more details, please refer to our return policy or contact our customer support team.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?

We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. You can track your return using the track & trace link provided with your return shipment to see when it reaches our warehouse. The 10-day processing period begins at that point. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation message. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Yes, you can exchange your item(s)! The first exchange is free of charge, and we will cover the delivery cost. For any subsequent exchanges, you will be responsible for the delivery costs.
